History

Since its inception in 1980 Robinson Solutions has grown to employ over 1000 personnel across North America. Early in its history, the company focused on building maintenance services and managing building maintenance services.

In 1999 Robinson Solutions expanded its operations into the United States and Mexico.

2001 marked the year Robinson Solutions moved decisively into integration – integrating services and systems to deliver entirely new and innovative solutions for our customers. This same year Robinson Solutions began building a unified, consistent platform for the delivery of a wide range of systems and services into facilities. In 2001 Robinson Solutions’ launched the Manufacturing Support Division which consisted of a unique solution which provided pre-component assembly for three Goodyear plants from a centralized location.

In 2006 and 2007 Robinson Solutions began offering building systems as part of an integrated mix of systems and services. Through acquisition, start-ups and organic growth, the fire & life safety and automated building controls operations were established.

More recently Robinson Solutions has leveraged our core expertise in facility management, IT and building systems to design and implement next generation solutions that converge IT and building systems to create building intelligence solutions.
